Saving Mr. Johnson is a cozy mystery. The ladies who live in the St. James Apartments step up to help the building manager and one of the residents when the two become the prime suspects in a murder. Mable Schmidel and her 70-,80-, and 90- friends show the police how old ladies find a killer.

The Red Hats in Love series: Jenny Joseph’s poem, “Warning”, inspires older women to wear purple and highly decorated red hats. Red Hat’s in Love, demonstrates that it is never too late for mature women to find love with the support of red hats, good friends and lots of laughter.
